3 bd press isnt feeling right . not hitting the tri's like they should be .
think it's a technique issue . used to train with partners,now I train alone . the movement seems different when someone holds the boards for me . gotta adjust something |

squat/deadlift days will alternate between ME Dead/DE Squat and ME Squat/DE Dead . twice-a-week benching is the game for awhile . suggestions appreciated on this matter . |

thinking to hit 'er extra hard....maybe 2 ME upper days over 6 days .....leaving 7 days (minimum) of rest until starting new cycle
saturday....ME upper (3RM PR incline)
tuesday.....ME lower (5RM PR box squat;
3 RM PR D.L.)
friday .....ME upper (1RM PR bench attempt)
plus additional reps at 90% on both upper days |
