It's pay back for my former bullet proofness in my youth. Nothing hurt me in my 20's ever.
Both are improving, the shoulder is almost back to normal the back is getting there. I am taking the rest of the week off, coming off laryngitis and walking pneumonia, it's a good time to just rest. |
