Didn't you also just strain your lower back again?

Man pat, what is it about you that makes you roughly 3000% more likely to get injured than the average trainee?

Try not to do anything that could get you injured further.

Like eating, breathing, walking... ;)

It's pay back for my former bullet proofness in my youth. Nothing hurt me in my 20's ever.
Both are improving, the shoulder is almost back to normal the back is getting there. I am taking the rest of the week off, coming off laryngitis and walking pneumonia, it's a good time to just rest.
