20th group needs about 100 bodies to fill their rosters for
deployment. Fields they need:

25 Series
68 Series
92G
63B
42A

From what they're saying, they'll take anybody right now, as long as you meet
height/weight and APFT standards. You do not have to be jump qualified, but
if you want to stay with them after the deployment they will give you six
months to get it done. This is a great opportunity for soldiers looking for a
deployment or who are interested in the SF world. If you are interested or have questions, feel free to PM me.

Aahhh... working the "beggars can't be choosers" angle... a nice use of that adage!

i know 20th sent some riggers down to help with the airborne/air assault relief operations in hati.

however, currently only the MOSs listed in the OP are what they are looking to pull from outside the unit.

Why is the e-mail a g-mail account and not a @us.army.mil account or any other .mil account? That seems a bit suspect. If anyone on this thread replies to that account, make sure your resume information and documentation does not include SSNs or other personally identifing information. I would leave unit information off of any paperwork as well, until you can verify it is legit.

The E-mail is indeed legit.

The program screening is not through DoD directly it is via another US Government Program... however, selected candidates will be working with, and under the direction of, senior US Military and US Government personnel.

If selected, you will be contacted directly via your appropriate Chain of Command.

Program specific training will be provided upon selection and resulting deployment.
