Does FA3 need to be refrigerated?

How about Flameout, by the way? Will it go bad if I don't refrigerate it?

No.

Flameout doesn't need to be refrigerated as it's used rapidly once opened and stored in a cool, dry area.

For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended.
