I'm curious, as to how much iron is in these tabs and what is considered an unsafe amount of iron in the blood stream.
Throughout out the morning and early evening I eat lean white proteins- eggs, chkn, turkey, tuna, salmon, etc. Come 7pm I have lean steak then at 1030 i down a buffalo burer.
with the amount of iron i'm taking from natural foods, is it really safe to pop 8-10 tabs each time with 5 meals?
I'm 6ft 205 lbs if that attributes to anything in regards to the number of iron in my bloodstream.
any help is greatly appreciated!!
