You gave us a rough mealplan and you stats (sans body fat), that is not nearly enough information to work with.
A more accurate calories count would be nice, as well as a rough outline of the routine you do once every 3 days (?!?). Also a description as to what the weight gain could be. Is it muscle, is it fat, did this suddenly creep up in 3 days, probably making it water weight. How rapid is 'rapid', and how much weight was it?
We can't make bricks without clay here.
(Although judging from your diet, it seems to be lacking in protein. And I'm pretty sure shoving 5-8 tablespoons of nut butter down your throat with an almond chaser isn't the best snack for body composition concerns) |
