Hey everyone, I am about 3 weeks into Precision Nutrition Lean Eating challenge right now, and have decided to post my beginning pictures up. Unfortunately no muscular shots, I could provide if needed. I am asking you gents to continue bumping this thread to make sure I follow through with my goals. Please be nice ;) I have plans to increase size after the 6 month journey to becoming lean is over, but one step at a time!

You might PM the mods and ask them to move this to Performance Photos. It's a more appropriate forum and you'll get less flaming. |

I think your chinstrap is the most impressive part of your physique. How long did it take to get that thing? |

Why spend 6 months getting lean? You don't have THAT much fat - you should be able to do it in 3 months. |

Problem with me is that I have trouble sticking to a whole bunch of habits. PN is designed to help you learn one at a time. Slow but steady, I'd rather have the habits for life than just 3 months. |

I keep getting 404 errors when I check their homepage. But from what i understand it's a 6 month diet contest in which you receive $10k if you "win".
you're going to look like a scarecrow when you're done though. maybe that's what you're going for.
do they have any sort of recommended training routine? do you have one of your own? |

Yeah they have a great strength routine, I'm actually noticing some growth (obvious newbie gains). They make you do upper body and lower body twice a week with two basically HIIT days. I like the program so far. Afterwards I obviously have plans to add some size, but hopefully in a smarter way than 'eat what I can' bulk. |
