Hey everyone, I am about 3 weeks into Precision Nutrition Lean Eating challenge right now, and have decided to post my beginning pictures up. Unfortunately no muscular shots, I could provide if needed. I am asking you gents to continue bumping this thread to make sure I follow through with my goals. Please be nice ;) I have plans to increase size after the 6 month journey to becoming lean is over, but one step at a time!

You might PM the mods and ask them to move this to Performance Photos. It's a more appropriate forum and you'll get less flaming.

I think your chinstrap is the most impressive part of your physique. How long did it take to get that thing?

Thanks guys, I'll get the mods on it right away. Oh, and I was born with the chinstrap.

Why spend 6 months getting lean? You don't have THAT much fat - you should be able to do it in 3 months.

Problem with me is that I have trouble sticking to a whole bunch of habits. PN is designed to help you learn one at a time. Slow but steady, I'd rather have the habits for life than just 3 months.

I keep getting 404 errors when I check their homepage. But from what i understand it's a 6 month diet contest in which you receive $10k if you "win".

you're going to look like a scarecrow when you're done though. maybe that's what you're going for.

do they have any sort of recommended training routine? do you have one of your own?

Yeah they have a great strength routine, I'm actually noticing some growth (obvious newbie gains). They make you do upper body and lower body twice a week with two basically HIIT days. I like the program so far. Afterwards I obviously have plans to add some size, but hopefully in a smarter way than 'eat what I can' bulk.
