After THE picture here i am again.Answering to those of you that said the picture was not good and you were not able to see anything and ignoring the other's bullshit i'm posting another one from yestarday.My body weight is now 115 kgr(make the conversion!)My goal is to loose 10-15 kgr but this seems like a dream to me!!Any comment and any suggestions are welcomed!

You can definitely tell you lift seriously. Good traps, shoulders, arms, and chest. Now would be a good time to diet smart and get a little leaner. You have some fat deposit on your lower pecs this could clear up. You are unlike the guys who have no muscle and want to cut.

Oh, and 90% improvement on the pic (if your going to drink beer and grope yourself do it at home without pics) (J/K).
