Good job

Whats your 40 yard and vertical jump?

Looking good, abs already there - when you tighten up its going to look good.

If you do decide to add size, its going to be faster to get a little fatter while your doing it, and strip the fat back when you are finished.

you've got some pretty serious back development.

What is your deadlift?

You're young.

If I were in your shoes I would hold off on competing just yet and spend time getting a lot more mass.

You're looking good though.

Perhaps you are right, depending on what weight class the Op is in, he could end up competing with the likes of pwrbarboy lol.

Looks good minus the biceps. Arms look like a weak point.

as hardgnr said maybe do some more arm work as they look to be abit of a weak point

but otherwise keep up the good work

Good luck catching up with that kid. I recently took a look at his current bodyspace pics and the kid is outta his goddamn mind.

your triceps have a lot more mass in proportion to your biceps. I would try and do a lot for the biceps, especially the peak, these next 12 weeks. Good work though.

Looking pretty solid man, good work. Have to say though, your traps, arms, and delts look severely lacking compared to the rest of you. Bring those up and you will have a great package. Good luck!
