this is me ages 16 in may-June of this year after beginning serious resistance/hypertrophy training in September. before this i was a runner. and before that i was morbidly a obese child :) lol. in these pics im 6ft around 95kg (200lb)
im now 17 and have moved more towards strength training and powerlifting however im still putting on quality size and im now 220lb and fairly lean .. i plan on a natural bodybuilding show sometime in the future. any feed back would be good. thanks |

diet:
0600: 40g whey protein,40g oats, 1tbspn peanut butter.
0800: 2 slices wholegrain toast, 4 whole eggs
11:00: MRP shake 40g protein,25 g carbs
14:00: 2 chicken breasts 50g wholegrain rice,vegetables
16:00:(pre workout)40g whey,40g oats,1 tbspn peanut butter
18:00:(post workout)35 jellybeans 5g creatine monhydrate 40g whey
20:00: one can tuna mixed salad
22:00: 200g fat free cottage cheese

need to add some mass especially to your pecs (although lats are pretty good) but uve got great definition and conditioning. probs due to the running?
like me your legs need alot of work.
realy 17? i mean tattoos arent legal until your 18 in gb? :P
why are u having a meal replacement shake instead of a meal? |

He looks like an unmatured 16-year old. What are you talking about??? Just about half of everyone in my school has tats and gotees. He looks like a normal 16 year old for the most part. |
