Dude, I start with the bar and use the quarters and 45's to work my way up to work sets of 335. I have to do this because I totally fucked up that muscle by my shin. (I'm not looking the name up again.) If I skip 95lbs and go right from the bar to 135 I aggravate it, and can't walk without massive pain for roughly 8-10 days.
So by your rational, I'm a pussy because I need to warm up in order to walk the next day? |
