www.BurningCamel.com is almost exclusively amateur. It's a little cryptic as far as navigation is concerned, but once you figure it out you wont regret it.
www.MyPinkTube.com has an excellent amateur/homemade section as well. Also the randomization feature keeps things interesting in the long run. Think 'shuffle' on an iPod.
Also: neither of these require a membership/signup
