Yeah, that's more than 2x your BW. Pretty good. Keep up the good work. |

Don't worry about what others think is good. You should always be striving to improve all your lifts, they should never be good enough...
The junior deadlift record for the 132's in the APF is listed at 448.

I outweigh you by 45 lbs and do a lot less. Of course, I have bad knees and do eight reps, but still... |

For lighter guys I always thought 3x body weight was a good lift.

You deffinately gotta get some DL numbers bro rack deads deffinately don't count when you compare them to normal deads. |

No doubt. I can rep much more when I'm rack pulling. |

yeah i want to do deads but the program im on right now has me doing racks so eh what are you gonna do?
im just a fan of deadlifts and the it's variations (except romanian), probaly because my build which hinders me in other exercises actually helps me with deads. |

Agreed. As long as you're improving you're doing fine. |

COOL!!! so I should be shooting for a 1272 lb deadlift! would this be a 1RM, or for 10 reps? |

2X bodyweight is great in comparison to normal people. 2.5X bodyweight shows that you've done a good amount of serious training or that you've got great genes. 3X bodyweight is a great lift for a powerlifter.
I think if you could pull 315 at 135 bodyweight we could agree that you've got a good deadlift for your age.
It also depends on how old you are. If you're in your mid-teens and you're 135 then you're doing good. If you're 20 and you're still 135lbs you're not doing so hot. |

Any deadlift is a good deaflift... as long as you are progressing. If you can deadlift 135lbs on month and next month you deadlift 150 then 150 is a good deadlift for you... |
