This program seems awesome... I only wish there was a version for those of us without cable attachments! |

The site's viewers I believe kind of have different demands in cycles, and right now it's serious bodybuilding which is the current "in" thing. I'm sure we'll have plenty of power and oly athletic articles again later this year. |

Wow...I will even say it backwards...woW...
This is a very descriptive article and I plan on using it, as well as use it as a template for other body parts until you get around to writing them, like chest ;)
Because at one point in time my chest was more dominant than my back, but not as of late.

thanks for a great article that give me better insight into this template for designing a workout. Will there be more of these for other bodyparts other then chest?
Also is there any reason why you wouldnt be able to strength the neck at the same time aka doing neck work?
Off topic sort of.. But do you take email or phone based clients? |

It's CT's program, so I am pretty sure this is the only place to find it. |

Quick point of clarification on the Power Row it says, "At the start of the movement the torso should be perpendicular to the floor" is that supposed to be parallel. If it is indeed perpendicular I'm having a hard time picturing how the movement should be. |

I'm loving the HSS-100 series. Bodybuilding is much safer and healthier than the strength sports. Thanks for your wisdom, Thib. |

How effective would using only the middle back day added into a four day day per wek workout schedule like the folowing:
1. ME Bench
2. Off
3. ME Lower
4. Off
5. DE Bench
6. HSS-100 middle back
7. DE Lower
8. Off
I allready perform accessory back work on ME bench days and external rotation work on DE bench. My strength is relatively good in the row but i lack the thickness in the middle back i need to stabalized my bench stroke.
I'm hoping that this could assist me in adding the mass i need. The 8 day week is not a misprint. I've adopted it to improve recovery.
Thanks in advance.

I'd rather see a shoulder specialization next, as I think it would be harder for most readers to come up with enough proper exercises for the shoulders, than it would be for chest. Either way, great program, thanks CT |

How can you have a back specialization program and leave out chin ups and bent over rows?
These are the two heaviest back mass builders. I think your program is designed for pumpers |

The very first exercise on the page is a pull up, and then power barbell rows are the first lift for the back thickness portion. |

The thing is that if you look at our staff, there are many more strength/power/performance guys than "physique guys".
Dan John, Alwyn Cosgrove, Dave Tate, Mike Robertson, Eric Cressey, Chad Waterbury, etc. are mostly performance-oriented. I'm basically the only "regular" writter who is comitted to bodybuilding/aesthetic training. Coach Poliquin fits the mold too, but only writes occasionally. So I feel that me getting back to "performance articles" (which really doesn't interest me that much anymore) would simply be redundant and diminish the diversity that makes T-Nation special. |

Considering that I write exclusively for T-Nation and that HSS-100 is my creation, this is the only place you'll be able to read about it. |

Yes, it will be a whole series. One part for each major muscle group.
I do take email clients, but on a limited basis. You can email me at christianthibaudeau_1@hotmail.com to check for current availability. |
