Guys -

Just wanted to let you know that Bill and my 2008 Indianapolis Performance Enhancement Seminar DVD's are now on sale in the Biotest store!

In case you're unfamiliar, this is a 6-DVD set that outlines Bill and I's philosophies on training the upper body, core, and lower body. As well, we have individual presentations on stretching, program design and assessment techniques.

If you're interested, follow the link below and look under the "Books/DVD's section." Thanks!

mike...
loved the set - i live in australia and struggle to find quality sources of strength and conditioning so sets like this and building the effecient athlete really help improve my training knowlegde
anyway two questions.

1) you said that you dont usually prescribe any direct rotator cuff work. does that incluce no external rotation? i was under the impression that ER needed to be included to ballance the abundance of internal rotation we do in training/life in general

2) i have come to the conclusion (via the help of a spotter) that i suffer from wing scap. however i really struggle to activate my SA. even in pushup-plus exercise i struggle to decipher if im actively rotating at the scap or if im simply rounding at the thorasic spine....any tips/cues to activate this muscle (i train alone, and therefore dont ususally have some one on hand to watch)
