So far I wrote the back spec program. So I have chest, shoulders, quads, hams and arms left to write. Which one would you like to see first? You have until the end of the day. The bodypart spec articles will be written in order of popularity.. |

Just to let you know that the actual programs ARE completed, it's only a matter of writing the articles. |

SHOULDERS!!!
I've always read on here "don't do shoulders, you already wore them out on chest day, you already hit them on back day.. blah blah blah." After a couple YEARS of not hitting my shoulders directly, they've run away and hidden and I'd like them back.
But I'm also concerned about imbalance, safety, rotator cuff, etc.
Can you touch on shoulders next? I mean, when you have shoulders, you're putting off an awesome illusion. And that's what this is about isn't it?
Also, they puzzle me because it seems there's a gazillion ways to work them.
Thanks! |

I agree, specialization program on Delts would be nice. |

Just to make everything clear... there will be a spec article for every muscle listed. This poll is simply to determine the order of publication. |

I vote for shoulders for next!!!
as you've reply me before, the superhero program specialize on shoulders, but i've a question, what component you'll include in "shoulder" specialization program?
because my Delts lacks behind, but my traps(upper traps)so big that creates a serious unbalance...
so i hope you'll not include trap work in shoulder's program(you've already include them in back program) |

Too fucking true! I stupidly listened to this whole "no need to work shoulders directly" BULLSHIT, and my shoulders have never been shittier. And yes, EVEN with heavy deadlifts, shrugs, rows, bench, dips, and pullups!! |

It's a close fought battle between chest and shoulders so far... which one will pull it off? |

Shoulders?
When I go to the gym it appears to me that although the trainees WANT to see more shoulder, chest, and arm programs, they really NEED to see more quad and ham programs. Myself included. Since I tore my MC and LCLs my wheels have just not been the same.
Bring on the quad and hamstring specializations, Christian.
(Great series, btw!)

I voted quads. You have done fantastic stuff on chest & shoulders in your Bulk Up & Superhero articles so legs next please! Looking forward to whatever comes next ;) |

Everyone neglects their hammies. Plus that whole "no direct-arm work" fad has started to die out. So either arms or hammies. |

shoulders would be great. But, HSS-100 to build big & muscular shoulders safely would be best. |

Any of those would be great, but I'd like to see shoulders first because it is probably the most complex joint to talk about. (!?!) ... unless of course you have something really new and unusual for the others.

You know, I forgot about the Superhero program, so I recently printed it out. This program will definitely address my needs for my shoulder/trap area (and chest). Now, how to combine that with HSS-100 for legs ? Hmmmm. |

You know any further article will be well accepted, however, looking from it from an aesthetic and a muscle balance POV. I would suggest chest, since it is the opposing muscle of the back. So, I feel it would be beneficial to specialize with the chest after a specialized back routine.

I voted quads, too. But if it becomes a toss up between shoulders and chest, then I vote shoulders. |

Thib -
I think the Superhero program nails the shoulders for now.
I for one would love to see Chest and Hams followed by Quads and Shoulders.
You could try writing them simultaneously - but with that precontest diet you're on,I'm afraid you may just flip out on us!
I for one am waiting for the next article.
Thanks for everything.. |

OKAY!!
Take a look at the pic of the week over there. . . The girl in the thong with the awesome bootang. You see her butt? That's me. You see her legs? Mine are wayyyy bigger. My thighs are huge.
You see her shoulders? That's me. So yeah, althought mister Chef BER-AR-DI may be looking out for everybody's needs, I've had it up the wazzang with all these "DO YOUR LEGS!" programs. And FUNCTIONAL this and FUNCTIONAL that.
Ever since I saw this dude at Six Flags with CANNONBALLS for shoulders, I wanted em.
SO BRING EM ON!!!!!! |
