...is up and running.

I figured that it was about time to get a "headquarters" for all my online gigs and speaker engagements. Admittedly, it's still a work in progress and won?t be completely ready for another week or so, but in the meantime, I'd love it if you could please check it out and let me know what you think:

Please be sure to sign up for the free newsletter while you're there. I should be having plenty of Q&As, product reviews, announcements, picture updates, and regular interviews with some of the bigger names in the industry.

Thanks!

Glad to see you finally got that "barely 18 year old" porn site up and running! Where do I enter my credit card?!?!

Nice site, I must say.

Eric, I have one question. Is there really nothing you can do about wide hips? I mean apart from bulking up in the upper body and making it look smaller.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one this site, who would like to know that.

I'm especially interested in this, as I think that I'm still in a growth phase (18 years old), and I think it lasts up to 20 or 21 years (if i'm wrong, please correct me), and I was wondering if there is till anything I can do.
Thanks

Looks good; I dig the simple, uncluttered design. Keep it that way, eh? Don't fall for all that flash jazz and what not.

By the power of Greyskull...

Holy Spit, Eric! What a rough job having Lisa Grace as a client!

And the reason she wasn't in MM2 was...?

Just been over to the website Eric and signed up for the newsletter.

Great to see links to your articles pooled together and it looks like my library is incomplete as there are one or two I don't have :)

Overall I like the site: easy and quick to navigate; clear on your credentials, products and services; and commendations from quality professionals in the industry.

Best of luck to you.

Nicely done EC....

....but if you do seriously train Lisa Grace you gotta put more PICS on your site!

Lucky bastard!

Hey EC do you do extra workouts besides 2 ME & 2 DE and can you give me some examples of your extra workouts. Have been reading a lot about them and would love to hear your view on the matter. Thanks. BTW that client of yours Lisa is a hottie.

Looks great....

I have to admit, alot of people in the industry have sites that make me want to puke -and I have less of a gag reflex than a National Caliber Figure Competitor- but this site is really nice....Easy to navigate and informative.

Nice try Eric, you tried putting it in a smaller font, but I still spotted it!:

"Eric Cressey is one of the true up-and-comers in our business. I admire his expertise and I predict great things for him. I just hope that he doesn't turn into another bastard who thinks he's Master of the Universe."

Seriously though, the site looks very nice, I like the uncluttered look, and having a one-stop place to get your articles is very useful. Signed up to the newsletter too.
But you just had to use that photo of you leaning on the bar for enhanced bicep effect, huh? ;-)

Nice site!

The only thing that bugs me is that you're advertising your consultation services. I'm saving up for them right now and I don't want tons of other people taking up all your time before I get a chance. ;)

I'm subscribed to the newsletter. Can't see why anyone wouldn't!

At your age, the best recommendation I can make is to just give it time and be persistent/consistent with your training and nutrition. You'll be amazed at how things just tend to fall into place when you focus on improving performance, eating clean, and having fun.

Add 200 pounds to your deadlift and you'll be amazed at how small your waist looks. ;)

I hear you. I get dizzy looking at some of the sites that are out there nowadays. There's so much stuff that you get claustrophobic!

Yup; I somehow manage...

And the reason she wasn't in MM2 was...?

I needed to be in it, and if we had two ridiculously good-looking people in it and then Robertson, Mike would have developed a complex. :)

Yes - two are along the lines of what I outlined in my "Cardio Confusion" article. Another is a regular ol' steady-state cardio session Monday mornings (I do a bench assistance session on Monday nights).

I also hit the foam roller and static stretch 2-3x/week.

All sessions are preceded with dynamic flexibility.

BTW that client of yours Lisa is a hottie.

We aim to please. ;)

That photo is actually about two years old, believe it or not.

We're fixing her up right now, so to speak. She had a pretty back car accident last summer than really threw her back for a loop; she's doing really well right now, though. Definitely not a girly girl, though; she busts her butt and deserves all the progress and praise that comes her way. Quite a few new shoots coming up...
