Let's see some depth. You have any flexibility/mobility issued? Or are you just using a weight you can't squat any lower? Anyways, I want to see you squat deeper and so does everyone else. Even your mom. And your dog.

Agreed, if its mobility/flexibility issues like i had make sure you're stretching your hips, groin and legs frequently. Also you can find a bunch of mobility drills around this site if you search for them.

Like everyone has pointed out, I find your squat ROM to be relatively short. For bodybuilding purposes, you'd benefit with at least a ROM of a few inches longer.

yea thats like a half squat get the full range of motion trust me its better to go deeper on your squat then have more weight than you can handle

Can somone have a look at his foot positioning and let me know if theres any problems there? My feet point slightly outwards the same and I really feel it on the inner thigh for a few days later if I havent been squatting much (have never really had a good run at squats for one reason or another).
