First off, let me start by saying I would pay bukoo bucks for a subscription to a site this stellar. I would rather be street certified via T-Nation than get an orthodox ACE PT certification. My Name is Chad, I'm 25 yrs old and i live in Silverdale WA.
In 2004 while I was in the Marine Corps, (OORAH! to any devils on this site) I weighed 150 lbs with 5 % body fat.
Currently I am 130 lbs with 10 % body fat, ( are your eyebrows and jaw lowered in shock becasue they should be)
I am a Ectomorph, my hydrocholoric acid and insulin productivity levels are low multiplied by the fact that I produce about as much testosterone as a woman (seriously) combined with my super high metabolism leaves me to feel discouraged.
The infinite plethra of knowledge online with one site contradicting another...site after site....AND I'm lucky if I understand half of what I read. (I'm a pretty competent, recoursefull, and intellgent guy) As if I am supposed to know what Methylphenohydrite is. (Don't look that word up becaust i just made it up) and how it affects the quantum mechanics of my bodys micro biology. (huh? I just confused my self)
Why can't somebody do all the leg work for me. Eat these foods this many times on these days while taking these supplements. Call this number, order this type of gear, take this many mgs and so on
I have the mental rigor and intestinal fortitude to dedicate my life to sweat and pain.
I just dont have the requisite knowledge.
I need someone to brake it down Barney style and take me by the hand like a snot nosed 5 yr old.
Where and wich type of gear do I get? But you can't answer that because I might be a cop.
Does anyone else feel this frustration? If only ectomorph life was like that of his mesomorph counterpart.
p.s. the pic is of me and Randy. He is in my mother in laws eXfuse business.
A new company in development.

You know, you're in luck; the sort of thing you are looking for is precisely what most T-Nation writers do for a living. So, if you got the bukoo bucks to spare, they'll be more than happy to either help or tip you off on one of their colleagues in Silverdale. |

That's pretty cool. Does he like being called Captain America or just The Natural? |

If you really have clinically low test levels, why not go to the doc and have a blood test and have it figured out? |

Yeah, if you actually do produce as much testosterone as a woman while you're 24 I'd assume you are definately a candidate for some test from your doctor.
Have you got the blood tests and such done or are you just speculating...?
Also, you are entering the iron game all wrong. From the off you want someone to do all the work for you. |

If you really have Test levels that low, you can get a prescription for the 'supplement' you seek.
They'll give you some pills to take for a couple of weeks and then do another blood test. If your levels are still low, they'll give you a script for Test. |

I was trying to imply that if you want someone to do the legwork for you, you should hire an actual coach or PT or whatever they're called. Seeing as most of the Tmuscle articles are written by people of said profession, there is a chance that one of them either lives in your area or could point you at someone in your area.
Of course, you could check out Stronglifts 5x5 or Stronglifts 5x5 advanced for a training program, use fitday to track calories and Metabolic Drive for a post-workout shake. |

Not at all. As in you're going responses that come off as weight lifting is the most important thing in the world and we're all awesome for it. Like in the other thread your response was "train harder", which may well be the right advice just not terribly helpful.
Or in this case the low test levels. Eating more will almost definitely help but maybe he does have low levels.
Just remember that this is the beginner's forum, and while people should do their own research etc it doesn't help anyone to give advice like that. You should try and help newbies because I'm sure some more experienced guys helped you when you started out. And if not, I bet you wish they had. |

I am reluctant to hire a personal trainer due to the fact that they are for 1) mostly trained the help people lose weight..and 2) they will pussify my work out by keeping me on machines and low impact exercies for saftey so i wont sue. 3) Chances are they may be too polite wich will annoy the hell out of me.
If there is a line that crosses you over into over training then I want to be pushed to that threshold.
There is a downloadable book called "Bulking For Ectomorphs" in PDF format. It's free and takes like 2 seconds to download.
I will be following the program in that book for starters using the anaconda protocol.
I'll let you know if it works out. Your opinions in the program are appreciated so long as you are a veteran in the field and not some Joe Schmoe.
Keep your negative thoughts to your self unless they are constructive.
That means you kerely and Bones with a Z 217. |
