We got it, but you cannot drop your stomach without losing overall bodyfat. Start incorporating core exercises, such as planks, and start a cardio regimen. This will help, and you have to eat healthy, as this was and still is my main problem. Whether it is a lack of monetary funds or laziness on my part, I fight it everyday. Back to the stomach fat though, you can't spot reduce it. |
