Front squats
60kgx3
70kgx3
80kg 6x6 easy
Snatch grip rows
50kg 4x6
Snatch grip pulls to mid thigh
60kg 5x4
Pull ups 1x8 fucking shit
Ab roll out 1x6
Still finding myy feet a bit withs weights atm was all pretty easy other than the rows
Don't do any overhead work. Rest it up.
Yes get a feel for the weights. Don't load up on pulls to mid thigh, it's only an exercise for coordination, getting you to pull the bar WITH STRAIGHT ARMS and getting your hips and shoulders to move in unison.
