seems kinda snobbish, it's like saying you can't learn from those less fortunate than you...makes sense from a bodybuilding perspective though

not snobbish at all. its in the same vain as "birds of a feather flock together". if you surround yourself with people that dont work as hard as you, you will eventually work less hard. if you surround yourself with people that bust ass day and night, you'll be more inclined to do so as well. why do you think most 12 step programs involve you exiting from current negative relationships?
