I can relate to the dark times. These days I manage it with zoloft. I encourage anyone who feels that dark to seek medical help. Remember: whether it's getting strong or dealing with depression, you are not alone. |

That's literally made my day! Absolutely brilliant video and loving the sneak peak of CT's size, which appears to be fookin huge. This sort of stuff is on a different level from anything else you can find on the internet, T-Nation is top of the pack for sure. |

Actually I was only 215 when the video was shot. I went up to a high of 240 and filmed something that might air eventually where I'm 234 |

This was incredible. We can all learn a thing or two about true passion from someone like Dave Tate. Is outlook is truly motivational.
CT, 215, 240, 234...doesn't matter...you are one extremely jacked mo fo...that is an inspiration as well.

I never knew Thib had an accent. So I guess that really means he could place for a Vin Diesel clone, huh? ;)
This video was fucking great, I was surprised at how good the production values were, and the squat was spine chilling! |

One other point...there is a reason I've always loved this site and it has to do with quality. Everything this site does is top notch and superior. It's about pride and doing what is right not what is easy. This video is just another example of that. Extremely motivational and extremely professional. You continue to set the bar higher...Well done. I can't wait to see the next one.

Bro, Vin Diesel would fit into Thib's linguinal folds at this point. Dude is jacked! And, as he mentioned, that is Thibs prior to full blown periworkout protocol effects.
The video is quite motivational though. It will definitely help me in my leg workout tonight. |
