A lot of the training side of this methodology seems to be the same kind of thing that Waterbury has been advocating for quite sometime. I am curious to see the rest of the lay out.

Just because we mention the nervous system doesn't mean that it's anything like Chad's work! Chad doesn't have the patent and exclusivity on the CNS :)

Yeah, well he immediately came to mind as I read and watch the video. I do look forward to seeing this whole program laid out...It should be fun to try.

Oh yeah, after watching the video I decided you are not a pussy. :) How much was that you were floor pressing anyway?

Does whiskey count as an insulin booster?

If I'm not mistaking the weights were 430 for the cluster press from the pins, 405 for the thick bar press and 370lbs on the floor press

WOW! Now that is mighty impressive...So if I follow this program, I can do the same?

We want more! We want more!

9 pounds in 5 weeks is impossible, don't you know that :)

And that is only with the pre-Anaconda version of the para-workout protocol.

Of course it's possible. People do it every holiday season.

I do it from 10 AM Thanksgiving morning to 8 PM Thanksgiving night. That's 9 lbs in 10 hours.

I don't want to give away too much, but my arms grew the most (I'm talking the most gains I've made on them since I was a beginner in a 4 weeks period) during a phase where I focused on shoulders.

Good to know :)

I finally got to read this and much of this thread as well. I don't believe the people who's names are attached here, including TC for the intro, would put their stones under the hammer like this unless there was something to it. For one thing it's out of character for all of em. For once I think I'll be very interested in seeing how this develops.

would this program be ok for early morning, like starting the pre-workout supp loading as soon as you wake up? or would it be better to have a meal a few hours before?

Just about every conceivable comment has been made and just about every pertinent question has been answered.

As such, it's time for us to go back to work writing new articles, devising new training programs, producing new videos, and creating new supplements.

Feel free to start another thread on any topic that was discussed in this particular thread, though.
