I think itâ??s well worth it and Iâ??ve been following it for some time now. I believe they also give you a refund if you donâ??t like it. Itâ??s pretty strait forward to follow, tells you how to cook, what to buy, when to take fish oil, when you can eat potatoes, that kind of stuff. Itâ??s a real good investment.

Looks like some hard work when into this. So, how much did you lose?

Thank you :-)

I'm not exactly sure how much I've lost - I'm not really fussed about what I weigh, 'cause obviously the muscle is going to weigh more than the fat that was there, but what I do know is that I did have a 37" waist prior to the first photos, and about a month or so before that last photo I was down to about 30". So I suppose I might have lost a little bit more since that, but as a general guess. I'm also down about 2 dress sizes, from a UK size 12 (US 16, I think?) to mostly a UK Size 8 (US 4, I think).

Thank you! I still have a long way to go, just started a new program which I'm enjoying. I'm aiming for the sort of thing you see on the figure athlete pictures.

This is a great mindset to have. Look at pictures and measurements. It's possible to get too obsessed over scale weight and then struggle to add muscle because you're not eating enough because you don't want that number to go up. Keep lifting, measuring and taking pictures once a month. Take scale weight with a grain of salt.

Wow to that last pic update, your really gettin er done! And ds1973 is right about taking scale weight with a grain of salt. I dont think you need any further encouragement or advise since your doing so well and getting great results. A girl I know wont make a serious effort in the gym because she says 'it will take too long'. I'm showing her this thread to see if it can give her the motivation she needs.

Haven't been on here for a while, but latest progress pic. Not fantastic quality, I'm afraid!
Waist measurement is now 25", down from around 38" at my worst.

From July to January, well done! That took a lot of discipline and commitment.
