Hello I am trying to find a good workout plan for my wife..Her goals are to tone and lose some fat...She has 2 months so im sure the workout needs to be aggressive..Do any of you T-vixons have and suggestions for me...

Yes, she has previous training experience but is hard headed when it comes to training and nutrition. Most everything I know comes from this bad ass web-site and I get my Surge,creatine and the Superfood from here. So I babysit her on the macro-nutrient intake and timing. I get make her out a full body work out 4 times a week with mostly compound movements with some multi-joint.. but she fights me on it..so with that said she has given me 2 months before our trip to Jamaica.

As long as she is lifting hard and breaking a sweat, it will definitely make a visual difference. To drop fat, make sure she gets in some cardio, especially some HIIT. Otherwise, just keeping active (playing tennis, hiking, or just having fun outdoors) will help as well.

Diet would be super important. Make sure she is getting enough protein and GOOD carbs (ones with fiber) and good fat. I love www.fitday.com. You can log all your food and see the macronutrient breakdown in a nice lil' pie chart. :)
