So animals aren't alive? When does a human gain their soul if they weren't brought into existence during fertilization? Someone moves out of the way when destruction comes and that doesn't prove anything?

I didn't take the time to articulate my thoughts on the definition of a "soul" yet here it is now - The soul is an ontological reality distinct from, yet integrally connected with, the body.

Mak there is NO TEST for the "essence" of a living being, even as I am talking to you, that doesn't prove I have a soul. There are 4 differences between the unborn and every person walking this earth. You don't even admit or challenge those points? Nice!
